I posted on the general repairs and they sent me over here. :) We have a Kubota L3400 and the latch to open the hood was jammed. In our attempts to unstick it, we broke it and now it just spins around. We need to clean the filter, etc. Any ideas on how to get inside the engine compartment...

We have a Kubota L3400 tractor. To open the hood there is a latch on top that you push down and turn clockwise. It would not turn and in the process of trying to turn it, we forced it and now it spins all the way around. We still can't get inside the hood to the engine compartment and filters...
