My Jimna 354 Turns over But will not start. Fuel to injection pump but no fuel at injectors

Jimna 354

Jimna 354 Tractor will not run on diesel fuel. Will run on starting fluid. Replaced the primer/ fuel pump and have fuel to injection pump. Any ideas out there?
