Is there a way on the 1025r to lock belly mower lift mechanical in the up position when the mower is removed? Thanks

I just purchased a 2022 1025r with a 54d autoconnect. With 3pt lever all down, know in connnect position. The deck connects. Moving the 3pt lever to raise the deck, it only moves up 1/2" - 3/4". With mower removed, 3pt lift in the most upper position. The lift arms for the mower have about 2"...
