I find the dipstick is difficult to remove to check the oil and impossible for my 79 year mother. Seems like the o-ring is too big and the dipstick sticks when trying to remove and is hard to get back on as the o-ring wont stay in place - it wants to fold over. I have tried a little grease...

I started a new thread because when I took the hood to the dealer we checked several of the new NEVER run units on the floor and found broken/cracked hinge mounts on 1 of them, a piece actually fell out when the service manager was opening and closing the hood and it just happened to be another...

Anyone seen this before, my 76 year old mother was mowing the lawn when the back of the hood just popped up. All the mounts had broken and the hinge (shock assisted) lifted the back of the hood. The front was still latched. Less than 10hrs on the mower Dave
