When I lower or raise my MMM the hydraulic control lever does not return to the neutral position. I have to help it back to neutral. Any advice as to why it is doing this? Thanks.

Due to USER ERROR I cannot attach my FEL. I took the FEL off and forgot to put the support stands down to support the FEL. Some friends helped me lift the FEL and when I went attach the FEL the hoses would not reach. As a result the side arms are parallel with the ground instead of 90'. Is...
