Hi all, I lifted my hood the other day to get the battery charger off and when I tried to lower the hood to close it it came off at the bottom where it was hinged, was wondering if it is welded on or if it is made to be removable but either way I could use some guidance in how to reattach it...

I have John Deere RX 75 lawn tractor and I am trying to find front Tires or even tires with rims, one tire is leaking and looks like it is cracked or dry rot, Maybe putting in a tube is the best way to go? I have done a search but with not much luck finding them. thanks all.
