Why, when I try to hook up the loader to my TC24DA, can I only get one hydrolic arm to move at a time? Is this normal?? It makes it very tough to align the arms on the pin mounts. If I move the joystick up and down, only one arm will move at a time. Is this normal?

Just got a TC24DA. This is my first hydro tractor. Previously I owned a Kubota L245DT gear driven tractor. The TC in high gear seems very underpowered (unable to go up a sttep hill). Low gear is better but still it is possible to be in possitions where the hydro pedel is pushed all the way...
