BX2200 won\'t be used all winter - precautions? What to do to avoid problems come spring. Tractor is only used to mow. Not sure what to do about fuel. Fill or drain?

I made the attached one page check list taken from various parts of the Owners Manual. I've encased it in plastic and have it hanging next to the tractor in the barn. To be used by each of the three operators. I would appreciate any constructive criticism.

Checked the pressure in the turf tires as delivered by dealer. Both front and back were about 5 lbs above the recommendations in the manual. Dealer told me that's the way they came from Kubota. Seemed odd to me.
