I was just wondering what others here have seen in regards to setup charges on new tractor and attachment purchases. I have a quotes for a 4320 and 4520 Hydro cab tractors which have added in $250.00 Roll on/roll off fee along with $400.00 setup fee. What exactly do they setup for $400.00...

I have been searching for information on when the horsepower numbers were changed on some of the 4000 series tractors. I have noticed that many people selling older 4320 models claim 48 horse power. Didn't this models horsepower number increase in just the past few years?:confused:
