i have an 89 yt16 that slips out of gear alot and becomes quite a jerky ride i was wondering if this might be the gear selector or the tranny. i had a craftsman that did this and it was an easy fix.

i have an old craftsman reel style mower i want to redo but have no reference point. any info o n colors and how to go about repainting it would be great, thanx
