My fel functions properly for awhile (10 minutes) then it loses the ability to raise the front of the tractor off the ground. It will still lift and dump, but will not lift the tractor. Any ideas?

What would be a fair price for 2000 Tc 40 S? It is in decent shape, cracked rear fender, some rust, cracked blinker light,.... It has about 900 hours on it.

Any tricks to getting the pin out that holds the lift arm at the axle? After taking the bolt out from the keeper tab I tried sliding the pin out, but no luck. Prying on the tab just left it bent. Any ideas?
