Kioti Model# LB1914. mfgd 1996. Power steering slow to react to steering wheel turns. When trying to turn the wheels do not react when the steering wheel is turned. Fluid is good. Have to stop if I want to turn sharp. Appreciate any suggestions. thanx Dick
