My slt 1550 stoped running while i was cutting the grass tonight. Just shut off....Now when I turn the key ... no lights no starter click...nothing. saftey shitch??? ground??? where do I start?

New member here. Having trouble removing the 5/8" bolt that holds the PTO clutch to the crankshaft. Any tips on preventing the whole thing from spinning? Thanks.
