Even though I broke the paper gasket taking off the hydraulic valve, a little RTV and an o-ring from a kit I bought at a yard sale at least 35 years ago and she’s up and working perfectly for FREEEE! I was so happy I went to Tractor Supply and bought her a new seat!

The detent is working but maybe not strongly enough. As I adjusted the rod as you pointed out, the idle increased but once locked down and then cycled the throttle, it's back to very low RPM again. It seems that if the detent was firmer, it would work.So #10 looks to be a spring to hold tension...

Idle speed on this 3T75U has always been a bit low, but now the 3 point is getting weak and I need to raise the idle. Tried adjusting the rod on the throttle at the fuel control lever since throttle has a detent. Thought I had it but it dropped back to original low speed. What am I missing, Winston?

This guy is highly experienced. Shop has been in business for 40 years, so I’ll defer to his expertise. He did a great job rebuilding my curl cylinders. Talked to Koyker rep today. He said this is normal on these old ones because of the aluminum gland nut to steel tube differential metal corrosion.

Finally got around to t-shooting this thing. Swapped the lines at the control valves. Problem did not swap sides. I’ll try this as soon as the rain stops. So, if the 3 point seal is leaking, will it make the FEL slow unless the 3 point is in UP position? And if it turns out to be the 3 point seal, how hard is it to access?

No manual. As I understand power beyond, not installed. Just two hoses from the engine to the FEL control with 2 levers, one for lift and one for curl. And no power steering. Pretty sure this one is a stock rice paddy tractor.

The HHV.451 is 2 lever control valve? Will check tomorrow. Funny thing started today while pushing a pile of brush: When pushing the bucket lift control to drop the FEL, it will go beyond normal travel and actually start making the FEL go UP. Release to normal down position and it drops.

Not sure what exactly "draft control" is? Have to be above idle a good bit to hold bush hog in UP position. It will lower to the ground at idle. Holds UP position fine at working RPM.

Yes, I've had it unchanged for 10 years and has always worked flawlessly. Had to have curl cylinders rebuilt 2 years ago, but that is all. Seems like something is bypassing pressure when the 3 point is down. 3 point works normally although will not hold hold in UP position at idle.

FEL "Lift" has been getting slower and slower over months. Was almost completely inoperative until I discovered that if the 3 point is in up position, the FEL lifts normally. The curl is normal regardless of 3 point position. Hydro fluid is in great shape and at the top of the dipstick.
