Tool Box Mounting options on a Kioti

Since I had to replace my CK27 after a fire, The CK3510 has the fuel tank in the rear so I decided to place both toolboxes on the loader arms. The brackets fit snug enough on the arms with rubber underneath I don't need to bolt them on. The arms are well inside the width of the machine so I...

    Backhoe Inop

I took the backhoe off to mow and when I tried to put it back on there was no pressure at the controls. So I switched the hoses repeatedly, checked the shutoff pins in the connectors to make sure one wasn't cocked or stuck. I had to get the hoe on the tractor as my building was on it's way to...

    The lifesaver

I had to remove an old cistern in the front yard as it was above ground in spots and messing up the yard. I ended up breaking up most of it with a 14# sledge hammer. The backhoe did most of the digging and the last to wall sections I used the hoe to wiggle them loose and lift them out. It was...

    Finally!

I finally got the toolboxes installed and they work well. There were a few things I had to work around but all is well. I wanted to put them on the loader arms as that's where I had one on my other tractor. The only downside is it's a little harder to see the edge of the bucket but I can...

    Chains Bucket hooks

I used 5/16" grab hooks on the bucket ends and a big hook with a safety latch in the center of the bucket. The center hook just fits inside the gooseneck of my trailer and I use that to move it wherever I want to. The grab hooks are good for a 2-300 lb side load IMO nothing more than that...

    sprayer on a CK3510se Chris

I wired in a switchbox that is attached to the dash on my 3510. I ran a wire forward and to the rear for my sprayer. I usually strap in in the bucket so I'm not looking backward all the time. Plus I can see to adjust the spray height depending on conditions.I go directly to the battery and...

    Something to look for

I was moving my CK 3510 HST and it would act like it was powering out. This was on flat ground. After about 3 instances of this I stopped and started looking around. I noticed that somehow I had bumped the lever that links the pedals to the throttle. It was moved slightly towards the...

    New tractor, CK3510

My 2010 CK27 was destroyed when my shop burned down. Along with my truck and tools. The insurance company really came through for me. I was able to replace the truck & tractor with newer models. I bought it from Fischer Mill Supply in Oregon City and have been really happy with the way I was...

    CK 3510 Tow Hooks

I had three hooks on my bucket. A chain grab hook on each end and a larger hook in the center that I used when picking something heavy. I bought a towing chain on a ring with two legs for picking. I wanted the weight in the center so if something slipped all the weight wouldn't be put on one...

    Another use for the Kioti

I use the hoe to hold logs for cutting. It saves me from having to bend over. I swing the logs that have to be split on one side and the smaller logs I cut on the other side. So it's all sorted when done cutting. I also made guards for the curl rams out of schedule 80 conduit PVC . Schedule...

Poor man's self propelled sprayer :)

For those on a budget here is a less expensive alternative to the much more expensive self propelled sprayers. This whole album is done with tongue embedded in cheek. So enjoy it. I had fun making it. :) P.S. I'm sure everyone knows to click on the picture to enlarge it. Not shown is the...

    Lights for my 1533 TLB

I would change the location unless you live where there are no trees or other things to scrape the lights off on. I mounted mine inside the ROPS so I wouldn't tear them off on some overhead obstacle. bluefin650 they put out more than enough light to work at night. I mounted one in the middle...

    CK-27 hay hauler

This is just for fun. Wally (The horse) has a shed by his pasture and it only holds a few bales at a time so it's easier to haul them with the Kioti than load them into a truck and haul them around. Kioti Balewagon :)

What transmissions will fit a JD 185?

I have a 185 with a bad Sunstrand transmission and see a new K-46 for 400.00 locally. Will it fit? I see it has the solid axle like mine but can't tell about the mounting brackets. Thanks for any help you can lend.

    Grapple hydraulics

I have a CK27 and plan to buy a grapple in the coming months. What are some methods of hooking up hydraulics for it. I would like to retain the crowd function while being able to control the claw or lid to the grapple. Do the folks who use a grapple regularly see a need for this? I've also...

Has anyone tried one of these seats on a CK-20-30?

This is the seat I'm looking at. The seat on my CK-27 is like sitting on a wooden box. I'm hoping the suspension in this seat will at least dampen some of the bumps. New Suspension Tractor Seat Universal Ford New Holland Massey John Deere Blue | eBay

    Add ons for a CK-27

I installed a toolbox for the lifting & pulling gear. The box sits on two 1/4" X 2" flat bar brackets bent to cradle the loader arm and support the toolbox. I used two 1/4" bolts to hold the brackets to the loader arm. Right after I bought the tractor I installed a larger toolbox behind the...

    Floppy bucket on F E L

The bucket on my CK 27 has a point using the curl where it acts like an old bucket truck arm when it breaks over center. It flops back and forth a couple of inches. Is there a cure for this? It acts like air in the line but I'd think by now all the air would be bled out of the cylinders.

Finally got the toolboxes mounted on the CK 27

I finally got the tractor back from the kids and had a chance to install a toolbox for the lifting & pulling gear. The box sits on two 1/4" X 2" flat bar brackets bent to cradle the loader arm and support the toolbox. I used two 1/4" bolts to hold the brackets to the loader arm. Right after...
