4120 hour meter switch trouble

Good evening all... I just replaced the rocker switch (part # LVA12930) that switches hour meter/MPH on my gauges because the display was stuck on hours. Well after putting in the new switch, it's still stuck on hours. I disconnected/reconnected again just to make sure wires seated...
