Morning, Craftsman model 580.752000. Fire it up and it surges for the lack of a better word. Acts like it's choking, rpm's run up and then black smoke and almost stalls? Anyone tell me what's wrong with it? Don't know much about pulsa prime carb. Any help would be great thanks. Bruce
