    hydraulic problem with my 3 point hitch farmpro 2420

    I have a jinma 03 farmpro 2420 ty290 2wd and my 3 point hitch will not raise up .I tried turning the knob under the seat ,and had no results. Does anyone have any idea where to try next ? thanks
