Well, a little over a year later we had the driveway sealed and the back patio is coming together; still a lot of work to do but here are some pictures of the progress.

I pulled the trigger and I am really happy we did. Kids having been riding bikes, scooters and playing basketball on it all month. Although the cold can hold off as long as it wants to, really excited about no ice on the driveway in the winter.
