    BH77 and a L3540

Had someone that I know call me to ask if I wanted to buy a like new BH77 backhoe for my 3540. I beleive that it came off of a smaller tractor and at this time, I dont think that it comes as a complete kit, Just the backhoe itself. What else will I need to buy to make this work?

    waste hay compost

We feed round bales to the horses during the winter months and we get a lot of waste hay. Although we started using a hay cradle this year, we still have waste. I use the landscape rake to gather and pile and end up with 3-4 good buckets of waste, nasty, rotting, pee, poop, hay mix. I've been...

    3540 no running lights

I was on my 3540 at night for the first time and noticed that when I turn the lights on, only the head lights come on, no rear lights at all. The turn signals and hazard lights work fine. Is this normal or should I have running lights too? My buddy says his JD 790 has running lights.

    hydraulic boots, who sells them?

Picked up my new tractor last week and I need some boots. I had the dealer install a 3rd valve on the loader and also purchased a grapple. When not using the grapple, the hydro quick connects are on the loader and getting really dirty. I'm looking to buy some of the rubber boots/plugs that come...

Well folks, the big orange dealer called me yesterday and said your new tractor is here and ready to go. You can come and get it today or I can bring it to you later this week. I had a problem with that in that Momma has to work for the rest of the week and we both need to sign the paperwork so...

    TRANSPORTING TRACTOR SAFELY

This was this morning. The bush hog was hanging 5 ft. off of the trailer. In his defense, he did have a chain loosely draped through the brush guard on front.

    Grapple or 4-in1 bucket

Ordered a Kubota L3540 today and as I was talking to the dealer about the different grapples, he said, have you thought about a 4-in1 bucket. He said I could just trade in my standard bucket and get a http://kubotatractorforum.com/Kubota/Kubota_4_in_1_buckets.pdf L2245 4-in-1 for $1400. I figure...

    Kubota L3540 implements?

I believe I've made up my mind to order a new Kubota L3540HST 37hp w/R4 tires this week. I'm going with the 724 loader and I think it comes with a 72" bucket and WR Long 3rd valve on the loader. I'll also buy forks and either make a spear or get one that will attach to the forks or just buy a...

    Third function valve

Does anyone have any experience with these valves? I don't know if they are the same or made by different companies. I do like the handle in the video on the EA site. I also like that you can use it for a rear hydro as well. Valve Kits 3rd function auxilliary hydraulic kits for all brands of...

when is is big enough to handle a 1200 lb. round bale

I am going to buy a tractor and I thought I had my mind made up to buy a Bobcat 335. After talking to other people I now have some concerns about Bobcat and a tractor that small. I'm concerned that Bobcat is getting out of the compact tractor business because the Bobcat stores are dropping the...
