i have a 1972 ford 3000, for me to pick up my implements with my hydraulic 3 point hitch i have to hold the little lever under the seat on the right hand side half way of its travel. and when i let the little lever go it lets my implements go back down,but if i hold it there it stays in place...

I'm having trouble. My engine cranks but I can't idle up the throttle lever is hard. What can my problem be
