    That is the block on the 1210 to tie into. I am pretty sure the front port is pressure for the loader and the back port is return. With the lines hooked up, you need to turn the slotted spool, on the block, so that oil can go to the loader.

    Hard to say from the picture, but I think that is just an alternate inlet port. As far as the loader goes, if switching the hoses resulted in the loader lift doing the same thing, then the lift cylinders are your problem, not your valve.
