Agree with the others drop a gear. For really small patches I use the foot throttle to speed up rpms right as I hit patch then let off

5145 has chart on fender I use it to help deciding what range depending on where I am mowing

Little fl135 does fine with a max26. Just watch for bolts loosening

I would " think" it is 134. You can buy auto adapter at Amazon or auto parts store. You could buy can of refrigerant from auto store with adapter allready on it. If the adapter doesn't fit then you may have r1234

Irun a 4.5 ft on 26 hp mahindra no problem running. Have to slow for tall or thick grass. Weight wise if I'm going uphill and lift mower front tires get really light [emoji44]so be careful

Just go to mahindra com and go to parts catalog. Search by model number ie 5145. Then look under accessories you will find second remote kit. That will show you where you will have to hook into. Thecalve they sent is basic hydraulic valves just have to have supply and return.

30 years mostly commercial. From what iv seen ALL manufacturers have let quality slide. Stay with the bigger names as they are a little better. Been having more lead time on carrier parts but others have long parts wait as well. AAON is another name to check on

Check out ironcraft . They just started their line of ditch bank flail. I think they are Italian. I have their regular flail and it has been pretty good

I have brazed many steel to copper joints, and steel to steel 45% solder or higher is what we use. Havnt had problem with corrosion. Some of my joints will see 500 to 600 psi . Don't know about 2500psi Steel gets hot quick if it glows you have to start all over. Clean steel with wire brush on...

I have a mahindra max xl. I mow with a52 in flail behind it on some steep slopes works good. I agree with others that a SCUT would probably be the ticket for you

I have always just used cheap motor oil 10w30 or such for air filters soak them then wring out its good

Hey Nova, I have a titan(now iron craft) Italian flail it has held up well for my 3 years. Bolts tend to loosen so have to check regularly. And I have been rough with it. otherwise it has been goood value

On my LS I have to keep rpm high . it will get jerky at low rpm

Can't sync about magnatrac. I did have a 60s vintage Ford same thing. Hydraulic was in loader pillar and you just made sure it had fluid. Cap was breather on that one too. And pump suction and filter was at bottom of pillar.

Where is the high side hose attached? Between compressor and condenser or condenser and drier. I'm asking to try help determine where blockage could be. Earlier u said it would quit after "x" amount of time while operating assuming at higher rpm all that time. As far as speed while watching...

Some questions 1 . Where is the sight glass vs the drier vs your high side hose connection 2. Have u let any refrigerant out since last charge. Still has slightly over 3 lbs. Most air conditioning runs at constant speed. Vehicle/tractor speed vary with engine obviously. That being said when at...

Sight glass should be clear. Either low charge or restriction before sight glass. Color shouldn't be lime , unless their is a dye in the refrigerant for leak check

Just build a small simple insulated shed around equipment . Put a 110 volt heat lamp on. Simple line volt tstat for added warmth below say 35. I would build it tall enough to get in and out comfortably. ( my personal experience)

Not running pressure just tells you that there is refrigerant not that it proper amount. Could be oil or someother trash in system. Usually when u change compressor u get most of oil out with compressor. It may be too much refrigerant... I'd recover a lb and try it there

Yes dry nitrogen is best for blowing out lines and coils. Be careful applying 12 volts straight to compressor. Pressures can spike really fast. Piping fittings and Stuff does have pressure limits..

Does it have a high and a low pressure safety. See if you can find a "tattle tail" of correct voltage to put in parallel with switches. That will tell you which one is tripping. Did yall blow all the lines and both coils while it was down and apart?

Try letting it run. When it quits blowing cold shut it off wait 30 min and start again. If it works after letting set then quits again. It has trash or moisture in system . Plugs up ,quits working then starts after setting

I tried the solid( not notched hole) on my bumpy ground it caused it to dig in. If your ground is relatively flat level it will work better. For me the notched hole works best

Cold rider, I have smaller version of yours it does cut grasses better with the y knives. If the "grass" is thick and tall it will bog have to slow down till u get cut down. There are several adjustments u can make to adjust cut . Hight at roller and top link. Try different settings . May work...

Axleman, u will like that mower. My post right before yours is exact same except older. I have switched to y knives since I got my area cleared and it does good job. Check bolt tightness every so often. Even the locknuts will work loose

I agree with LouNY u should be able to move linkage 11 with small wrench . With unpinned the shift lever and cable should move freely. May have to unpin at shift handle end to see if it shift handle or cable.

If cable is moving with shift handle when unpinned . I'd reconnect and see if it's moving the linkage on side of transmission

I have a shuttle shift max26 it sometimes can be a pain to get shuttle into gear

Don't think low transmission fluid would effect shuttle shifting. If In neutral. And won't go forward or back sounds like linkage

Tractor supply carries a good repair manual for that series tractor. I agree with dodge man ,looks like rusted out. Drain fluid. Remove plate get it welded up and replace gasket and refill.

Yall using air conditioning coil cleaner be careful. Some foaming cleaners have akaline or acid base.need to be rinsed thouroughly.. left on will cause corrosion

My Lil 26 max has been running fine for 200 hours and 8 years. My LS I've not been thrilled with. I'm not bashing the LS just hasn't made me as happy as the mahindra. So short story they all have good and bad

I have steep slopes and leave bucket low and curledup a little so I can drop it to ground if needed. Helps slow forward motion

I think you can get manual on mahindra site with tractor serial number. You may try posting issue in mahindra forum someone may have same tractor and help with first hand knowledge

They do make motorized ball valves that Power open and spring return to close

Have you tried taking tank off and cleaning . I had a case do that and when cleaning tank found a dead wasp that evidently kept getting sucked into the fuel pick up

Am not fmiliar with emax. But I'd get a good 1/2 in and 3/8in set metric and standard should do most what you need.

Something to consider sometimes a small "tractor" has better weight and stability than laWn mower. At our place the 26xl does much better than the riding mower

My issue before with ahydro. While mowing downhil if I wanted to slowdown my forward movement by easing up on drive it didn't slow and on that one brake was on same side as hydro so hard to work both. Wasn't my tractor and maybe just wasn't used to its function In my gear tractor I just put in...
