Get a set of tire chains for the Ventrac 2 link spacing v-bar chains on either front or rear (or both) will keep you going straight and it is not easy to get stuck unless you high center.

Thanks, We like the Chocolate Labs, but they are hard to see in the woods at night. Plus I am partial Red / Green Color Blind and they blend in. I got a reflective harness for MAX he managed to get his head behind a tree, but even with the snow you can see the reflective quite well.
