I have seen the GC2400 configuration and the 1635 is quite different. Below is a photo that AGCO parts says is correct. Would be great if someone on the forum has the same/similar model and can comment.

And yes my tractor refused to start for the first time ever this past Friday when it was -24 deg C. Time for a new battery too as the original battery struggled with the cold also. It is due for replacement after 12 years anyway.

AGCO parts calls for a 3605427M1 block heater which threads into a 1" NPT hole which I cannot find on my engine. I do see frost plugs one on RHS and two on LHS (maybe 3 and I just cannot see the 3rd). I checked the Service Manual and the Parts Catalog and neither of them mentions the block...
