    L3130 underpower saga

Been actively using this dog and feel I've actually understated the lack of power! I have heard thru the grape vine that the L3130 will be deleted from the 2006 lineup debut. The L3430 will become the bottom. So, it seems there may be fire under all this smoke. Wonder if they will continue to...

    Underpowered L3130 update!

OK! Now how many of you have had the FEL bucket position rod go belly up? Secondly, the paint is falling off the Fel left arm near the bucket swivel pin. When hitting the stops with the bucket it slams into the arm and causes the primer and orange color coat to flake off like a Hungarian...

    L3130 underpower problems Part Deux!!

This is a legitimate post and I'm not a spy/clone/ company stooge/ and I don't like my L3130... Sorry! Had a specialist take the tractor for a pace test and results due this week. Seems the black smoke increases while RPM's decrease and the loader is cycled up or down.

Clearly stated:3130 underpowered! More than once

This tractor should go under a nationwide RECALL for under power and most importantly safety! To have Newbie's sold something that can't go up an incline (should be clearly stated in Brochure) and maybe dangerous (roll backwards)? To have the backhoe hydraulic hose break and crush your toes...

3130-Backhoe 4690 Boom PIN fell out -purpose?

Dealer says the Boom locking pin is for safety. If the hydraulic hose ruptures it would prevent an accident. He said the boom pin repair is not a warranty item, noticed around page 14 another BH90 owner had same pin fallout. Should the pin fallout or shear if you accidentally push "down" boom...

Anyone Experiencing POOR power 3130, mine is a dog

posted before about lack of power when turning on slight incline, puffs and HUFFS black smoke then dies. Low gear with crawl speed. Not HST or operator problem, PTO lever in off position, no pump strain issue. The tractor just seems to be poorly designed, engine vs Frame weight. Communicated...

    3130 28.5 hour quickie review

la723, bh90,curtis sno blade, box. After learning how to use the HST , different from b2400, has plenty of power. I am really impressed with root ripping capability. The Curtis cab and heater makes for a pleasant day when it's 12 degrees. The snow moving was flawless, probably need front chains...

Any tips for changing from FEL bucket/blade L3130?

My NEW 3130 HST with Curtis cab is a work of art now that I understand the HST. The removal of the FEL bucket 4 dowels/screws is a pain in the behind, takes me about 1.5 hours when I put on the new 7' snow blade. Any tips or ideas on how to improve !

    3130/723/ bogs down slight incline

low gear(hst) 2600rpm's /bucket/boxscraper/ when climbing slight incline and making a hard turn the tractor nearly stalls. When going straight /side of hill/ no problem. Seems only when climbing, is this normal for this tractor or should it move with authority. Had previous 2400 and it bogged...
