Been having trouble with implements on 3 point hitch getting in to tires on new Holland tc30 when I realized that the reason is the bolts have (fell)??? out. I bought replacements but I'm not smart enough or strong enough to come up with a way to get them back in. I can't find anyone on the web...

loader noise when cold and under a load when digging. checked hydro fluid levels and they were good . happened to notice power steering resevoir was bone dry added fluid and sound improved under normal operation but still loud under load. ideas?

Just got my first piece of equipment and looking forward to learning as much as I can on it and about it.
