    Thanks again for all the input. I thought I'd update folks with a pic of the new tractor. It's been working well. A hiccup when a bolt flew off, but the dealer fixed it (I think they were kind of embarrassed it happened after 2 hours of use!). running fine now. So far so good.

    Thought I'd share. Here's my new L3800. It looks less new now :). Had to have a bolt replaced on the rotary cutter, a guard has come off and my wife nearly punched a hole in the top of the cutter deck going over a rock. Still - quite happy with it!
