Spent a year restoring my old 1976 Massey. She had 1428 original hours. Did a full restoration on it and made it 100% factory original. I even tracked down a 1970's N.O.S. fuel filter to finish her off!
I'm having trouble locating the two bronze bushings that are pressed into the axle pivot. Has anyone done this repair yet or can recommend where to get the bushing because John Deere says NLA (go figure). Any help is always greatly appreciated.
Anyone know anything about the 50 series having Power Beyond? I think my 1450 has it but I'm not sure why ( log splitter maybe?) Is it worth taking it off becuase its leaking like a sonofabitch.
I'm thinking about getting a toolbox to moun on my 1450...I've located the parts that were original in the 80's but I'm not sure where they used to mount theses boxes...I have the 100 loader on it...any ideas?
