Yeah, you're right - kind of. Max RPM for the D1105-BH in the KX41 is 2600RPM. Though, from what I've seen, the D1105 comes in various configurations for different applications and max RPM ranges from 2300-3300.

I can understand that being an issue with the bogging but would it effect the rpm response to the throttle when no hydraulics are engaged? Or is there a part of the hydraulic circuit that is active when nothing is engaged?

Does anyone have any thoughts on why this D1105 takes so long to respond to throttle movement? Where should I start looking? See start and end of this video (start 0:53 - end 1:46) The rail on the injector pump moves freely, as does the governor fork.

What do you think about the way it takes so long to rev up or down after the throttle has been increased or decreased (as seen in the video)? Could that be pointing at an issue?
