Massey Ferguson 3165 power steering

I have a 3165 that leaked fluid. Had the ram rebuilt. Now when I start it the steering turns hard right immediately. Almost took my arm off. Tried adjustment in manual. It will turn if I pull the ram manually. Any ideas?
