new battery new cut out will not turn on unless i jump across cut out.. when jump out i can get 8.2 volts but cut out will not come in unless i jump it first. this is a single wire 3 brush generator.. the serial no. says its a 1946. second cut out first stays stuck in and drains battery

I have a gc2300 I replaced pump and spur gear 6..7 years ago due to spline wear out . had no hydraulics. here we are no hydraulics again...I took all apart again pump looks ok spur gear looks ok???? so this time when I pulled gear cover off a ball bearing fell out?? all gear bearings look ok...

i have no hydraulics.. 6 years ago i replaced spur gear and pump.. now no hyds again i took apart and see nothing?? anything i can look for?
