    Kubota Insurance

This thread brought back memories.....when i bought my 3301 almost 8 years ago, I was on the fence whether to buy new with the 0% down, or buy a 200 hour machine for around $7,000 less.. Chose the 0% when magically the contract was $3,000 more than what we agreed to.....the $10k+ total...

Hello everyone...long time no see. L3301 No start question..

Wiggle, wiggle.... Cycled the PTO lever back and forth, that did it!! It was disengaged, but for whatever reason, bumped or otherwise, the safety switch was pissed off. Thanks everyone for your suggestions....hope this helps anyone in the future.

Hello everyone...long time no see. L3301 No start question..

Power everywhere else....all lights, including dash lights, glow plug light...etc.. So power is going through the ignition.....have to shoot it to see if it's leaving the switch in the start position to rule that out.

Hello everyone...long time no see. L3301 No start question..

So, of course, 1st thing that came to mind was battery.....it metered out @ 12.5 volts but we didn't have a load tester. So we threw a fully charged jump box on it and no joy.... Went to fuses next and checked the only safety switch I know of under the seat...switch under the seat was still...

Hello everyone...long time no see. L3301 No start question..

Not certain how to "reset" the seat switch...but yes, the lever is permanently in the down position... Took me a minute to figure out why the tractor kept randomly stalling...I was leaning forward when using the loader... Definitely going to be a spark chasing journey... was hoping someone had...

Hello everyone...long time no see. L3301 No start question..

I left out that I defeated the seat switch years ago....and after I jump it, the tractor stays running... But yeah, something is not sending/allowing voltage to the starter solenoid...

Hello everyone...long time no see. L3301 No start question..

No start on my L 3301. Last started a week or so ago at a job site....did get rained on which made me cringe since it's been a garage queen... Battery is good ...all fuses at left kick panel are good. Tractor will start jumping the starter solenoid... I'm leaning toward ignition switch, or...

    Wanted to say hello......again.

Sold the 3710, along with most all other toys, to finish our home. Been searching for a TLB now that we're outta the trailer and in the house to finish landscaping and other projects. I like the Kubota ownership experience since the 37 basically cost me less than $500 year over about 9 years...

Hello, help on fair asking price.....

Haven't been here for a bit, hope all is well with everyone. As much as i HATE to even think about it, I think the cash would be more beneficial at the moment than the tractor. Tractor is a 2000+ L3710 HST with air conditioned cab. Has FEL and box scraper; she has aprox. 275 hours. Original...

    Loader problem. (control stick problem??)

Hello everyone, need some advice on what is a somewhat intermittent but very frustrating problem. Tractor is an L3710 HST WITH CAB/Kubota FEL/scraper. Hours are 260. The side to side action of the handle works flawlessly. The problem is SOMETIMES when lifting or lowering (front to back...

    Hello.....rant on horrible design.

Haven't checked in for a while....no news is usually good news. Door handle on my 3710 cab model basically came apart. After removing and inspecting, I cannot believe it worked for any amount of time at all. The handle bolts together sandwiching the glass door; the kicker is the nuts are...

Hello again....have a problem with loader control

A lot of you helped me last year with a back hoe problem concerning my L3710 with a cab. Thanks to this site I went ahead and bought a mini-excavator and couldn't be happier playing construction man with 2 pieces of equipment. So today I'm transplanting some palm trees (If they make it; great...

    I may be in love!!!

I currently have a Kubota L3710 with cab. EXCELLENT machine. Found out too late (after I bought back hoe) that I can't mount a 3pt back hoe due to cab hitting the seat of the hoe. Everything is for sale and I hope to recoup most of my screw-up. While driving by the JD dealer today I saw...

    How to post ads

Hello, I know it'll be something obvious but I'm having a problem posting an ad. After filling in all fields and highlighting category, it'll kick back the ad saying, "incomplete category" There is a box in the upper right that asks for # of category. For some reason I can't click in that box...

Price Check  Get a price on a Montana?

Hello, I was looking at an LG Montana 4340 when a local deal on a Kubota became available. The 'bota came with an air conditioned cab that has totally spoiled me. The only drawback is I learned the hard way that the 3 pt. backhoe I purchased won't fit because of the cab. I believe I can...

Backhoe  Giving up up on attaching backhoe!!!

It appears that because of the cab I will NOT be able to attach the BH to my L3710. I've been trying to post an ad but it keeps kicking it back saying, "invalid category" The dealer I bought it from will give me 100% refund toward a NEW excavator @ dealer cost. Still pondering the logistics...

    Feel good or kick myself?

Hey everyone, pretty new here. Have a backhoe problem that I'm posting in a different thread on. Anyway, just wanted to ask the gurus here how I did on my L3710 purchase.......doesn't really matter, the deal's done and I LOVE the tractor......but curiosity killed the cat!!! It's a L3710 HST...

Backhoe  Hi everyone. NewB with dumb ?? about backhoe

Remember that there are no stupid questions.....just stupid people. Recently purchased a L3710 with a loader and cab. Waaaay more machine than I needed but the price was right and the A/C in the Vegas heat was too much to pass up. I then found a Bradco 3375 backhoe that I took delivery of...
