    Thanks guys for all your help, much appreciated. I'll try it out when it stops raining here and I am sure that it will solve my problem. It is sad that the Kubota manual does not show how you are supposed to hook it up.

    My old Valpadana 41hp diesel has never had additives in 21 years and never a problem apart from the odd flat battery. Various B&S engined mowers and 20yo Bombardier ATV the same.
