You can see from this frame I took, the pulley on the pump is coming away from the other pulley. Look at the difference in spaces. Check for loose or broken bolts and nuts.

Did this tractor ever run right, or did you purchase it this way. Here's my 2 cents,, dual coil solenoids come in a couple of varieties, some are internally controlled circuits to prevent both coils from staying on at the same time for too long, and overheat etc. And some are "externally"...

The "spring" thingy was already there when I bought the machine, but I did modify it with the triangle plate and added a chain, The spring shock was welded to the frame also and I ground it off and made the stopper plate, I didn't like the angle of the frame before. Heres a pic of what it looked...

Here's mine with a chain supported plow, if you look in the circle, when I angle the plow "down", the cross pin connects with the plate and the spring puts tension on the plow for down pressure.

Here they are...You can see the addition I added at the back of it. I have a wood stove in the addition, this is my second tarp in 5 years, I also added the second frame of the new one inside "doubling" it's strength. The frame is now 2 feet apart as opposed to 4 originally.

My L4200 has no fuse box cover and the service manual doesn't show whats what for the fuses. If anyone would be so kind, when time permits,, as to take a picture of their fuse box cover, so I can see what fuse does what, I would appreciate it.

I know my 8 speed gst trans has a hesitation when shifting on the fly. There's that "pause" before it enters the next shift. Do the hst tranny's do the same?, or is it a smooth transition without the pause?

I'd like to hear from "B26" owners and the operation of their machines in snow. How they handle in deep snow, what attachments you have, example: 72" rear blower etc... are your tires "loaded" are they R4's or have you switched to R1's etc.... How they handle on hill's, (in snow) anything...

On my 1996, I can only get the foot throttle up to 2000 rpm's, then i have to switch to the arm lever. Has anybody modified theirs to bring up the rpm's. I'd like to just be able to use the foot throttle, it would be one less "lever" to use. Is this possible, or am I missing something here.:(

Funniest thing, my massey 60 backhoe will not go into float. The loader locks into float ok, but when I proceed to go forward, the loader lifts the wheels off the ground. If while in "float" and the throttle is raised in neutral, it will not raise the loader. I've adjusted the cable to ensure...

I just purchased a 1996 L4200, it has the blade in front with down pressure. I know the loader for this tractor is the LA680, but I have a deal on a LA650A and was wondering if this would fit? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Rick
