Larro; Those look like Meyer lemons. If so, they are a cross between a lemon and an orange, which is why they are sweeter and less tart, as well as being larger than a "regular" lemon.

Those rims are because I put 26 ply aircraft tires on the tractor this last Spring. They came already mounted on those rims. I got tired of mesquite thorns giving me flats. So far, no flats, and I have been mowing the mesquites and laughing! I'll paint those rims next Spring!

Coyotes are hard to get a shot at. They sing here a lot of late evenings and early mornings, and sound like they are just outside the bedroom window. They are actually farther away than that, and only very RARELY do I get a shot at one. Sorry about Barney. I hate losing any of them.

Sam; Prayers that your MIL improves and does so quickly. I mowed the lawn, this morning. Hadn't had to do that for a few weeks. Nice workout, pushing that mower around. Climbed on the JD 1050 after the lawn, and hogged a small pasture that had a lot of weeds that were getting ready to bloom...

Then your weather was from daugen! I didn't close the house and turn the A/C back on until 1400. It is 90.6* out there, at 1610. Most of us in my dancing area got some rain, even if it wasn't a gully washer. :laughing:

Txdon; My nekkid rain dances seem to be working. I am getting light rain now, for the third time, this week! Granted, I've only had about 0.75" for the week, so far, but considering how dry we've been, and it is the middle of August, I ain't complaining!

77* here, going to 97*. I got an unexpected pop up storm, last night. Put 0.6" of rain in the gauge! Lots of wind, but using the flashlight this morning, I don't see any damage. Daylight will show the full picture. I am thrilled for the rain. Now, maybe I can do another rain dance, and get...

That is what I was thinking and giggling about too! My farm truck doesn't have A/C, so I was at the feed store when they opened at 0730, and had the 1000lbs of feed offloaded and stacked by 0800! Since I work outdoors so much, it hasn't been worth it to me to fix the A/C in that truck for 3-4...
