Price Check  2025 R price with loader

$15,500 is the price I got for a 2025 R with loader, bucket, and industrial tires. Another dealer quoted me $17,800. Obviously I'm not interested in that. I'm not sure about John Deere prices. I've only bought Kubota. The price is not including the extra $500 off for another implement. And I...

Saddest Hole My Kubota Ever Dug

Sorry for your loss. I have put a couple best friends down in the past 4 or 5 years. One I had for 12 years since i was in 9th grade. Another I some how inherited from my sister that I had for 5 years out of his 13 years lived. Its easy to see why they are called man's best friend. I now...

    The Third Warming of Firewood

That is crazy. On one hand I see it as just another way to get money. On the other, I see it as a safety issue for the inexperienced. But no online course or college class can replace common sense that I've seen in some cases. Back to the original post. I love burning with wood. We don't burn...

Tractors and wood! Show your pics

Finally got a picture of the tractor with some wood. I cut some Holly trees down for the neighbor. Not my favorite wood to burn because it burns fast. But I'd rather burn it than see it rot.

Tractors and wood! Show your pics

Not quite a tractor. But it fits in the woods better than the L series. The dogs appreciate the hard work.

    L3540 cold starting

I have noticed with my L3540 that when it is cold it has a hard time turning over. It stays in my garage where the temps have been around 40 degrees. It seems like the battery is weak. The tractor is 15 months old. Everything else I have started fine. Should I put a slow charge on the...

    Refueling Problems

A transfer tank is how I fuel up. I got tired of cans too.

    Diesel Fuel Filtration

I use a Cim-tek water absorbing filter kit from tractor supply. It says its also a particulate filter that holds dirt and rust. It is on their website. I have been using it for 1 year without problems.

How often should a tractor be run?

I was wondering how often should a tractor run when it is not used a lot? For example in the summertime I use my L3540 weekly. In the winter time it may not be used all month or for a couple months. However, if we get snow it will be used. The tractor is kept in a garage that does not get...

Loader New Tractor, New Member Loader questions

Regarding the trailer hitch, I use the 3 pt hitch. I use it for unloaded trailers. I tried a clamp on bucket hitch before, but found the 3 pt was easier for me to maneuver the trailer. Here is something I rigged up using a cat. 1 drawbar, cheap bumper mount hitch from harbor freight, and some...

3-Point Hitch Post hole digger for kubota bx2660

The post hole digger would not work on a BX. Where the top link goes , the metal is touching the tractor prohibiting it from raising up any farther. As you can see the auger is too long. I guess a subcompact tractor post hole digger will be needed.

How Do You Fill Your Diesel Tank

I have two 100 gallon metal tanks bought from Tractor Supply with a rotary hand pump and water block filter. I bolted that to the pallet and use the tractor forks to put it in the truck. Then transport it to the gas station to fill. Not the cheapest alternative, but it works for me.

Buried my Kubota in the mud last night. Pics

I remember when I was in high school. I inherited my father's F150, 2wd with an open diff. I learned to carry a shovel and two boards in the back. Now that I'm a little older the mud still finds me.

New 2360 with small crackes in the rubber steering protective boots.

I recently bought a BX2360. I have 4 hours on it and when I finished mowing I was going over it and noticed my steering boots were greasy. Looking further I saw they were dry rotted and split. To those of you that got them fixed. How long did it take at the shop? I called the service manager...

    (Another) New BX2360 with pics

Finally received my BX2360 today. Missing my zero turn already. I had it since new and it treated me good. But out with the old. Looking forward to using this new tractor. Haven't driven it much but I can tell I will have to change my grass cutting habits and patterns compared to the other...

    Buying Advice  BX1860 or BX2360

I have been reading reviews and posts on this site for about a year. I have learned a lot from reading posts. I recently decided to look into a sub compact tractor. I already own a Kubota L3540 and RTV 900 so naturally I would look toward a Kubota scut. The dealer is also excellent and has a...
