Hello all I have a interesting problem I bought a new carb , fuel filter , pickup tube ,fuel pump used but seems to have good pressure . My 440 b 18 hp kohler [gaspot] wont go above idle it tries to stall out I am wondering if maybe it is governer related any indeas any information or ideas...
