Are these John Deere part #'s? Can I order them online? Also, is this where I would put it? (see pic). The breakdown is different from my pump so that is why I want to make sure it is the right spot.

The back and forth steering trick worked. Started 3 times in a row! I didn't find a metal tag on the pump but there are #s on the front.
