Looks good, pretty similar to what I did. Are you going to do a vapor barrier under the slab? I used stego wrap under mine, taped all the seams and then put foam on top of that.

I used angle iron to form a threshold for my garage door, I then insulated the inside of the threshold with foam. I could only do inch thick foam there, but am hoping it is enough of a thermal break to keep most of the heat in.

My fuse panel could easily be hooked to a relay to make the entire thing switched. I just didnt see the need, but it installs nice and clean and is weather resistant.
