almost no brakes on bx25

Hey all, Been reading this website for years. I bought a used bx25 and have been going over everything. One concern is the brake pedal which seems to have too much free travel. The manual says 1 to 1.4 inches of free travel. I have about 5 inches. Almost no braking at all. To adjust the...
