With my tractor stopped and not running the steering wheel still turns. The steering wheel turns, the wheels dont move. Other wise steering is fine. Is this normal

I have a kubota mx4700 with la844 loader. It does not have quick attach bucket. I am looking at getting one of the hay spears that chain to the bucket. I am asking for feed back, will it work with round bales 1200lb will it damage my bucket will it be safe. I bet this has been a thread before...
