    Wipe it dry if you can and use Flex Seal. Was given a 200 gallon tank that leaked and sprayed it with Flex Seal, hasn't leaked since.

    Most of the wells being drilled here in Colorado are directional, we have 2 on our pad that are going 1 mile in each direction. The other 4 wells that we receive a royalty from are situated in an adjoining section but extend into our section. Very common in Colorado.

    snow blade rubber edge help

    I have an asphalt driveway and concrete parking area between the house and shop, I was worried about scrape marks also so I got stall mat, it lasted about 20 minutes. I use a rear blade and it does not leave any scrape marks. Only scrape marks I have came from using the FEL bucket on the concrete.

    Use the money that you would spend on a RV or rent and hire some help and get the interior finished and move in. Lots of building work left on the exterior can be done later if you can get a certificate of occupancy prior to completion.

    Cost to asphalt a gravel road?

    Our 3.5" 12 X 800' done in 2019 was 20,000 plus 5000 prep by a different contractor. The 3.5 was compressed to 3" . Would guess that 2021 price of asphalt might be more because, well you know.

    Re: underground electric service Got a quote for electric service to new house and shop; $10,750 for 2 200 amp direct burial lines 425' from meter to buildings plus $2500 to install them which includes connection to shop. I will dig trench 4' deep. Does the labor sound high or what?
