Well my gr2100 has a problem with the PTO/transmission. Had a grinding sound whenever mower was engaged. Dealer says the PTO shaft is whobbling and could have possibly damaged the transmission. I know about the warranty extension; however, mine has 450 hours which under the 500 but I am over on...

Has anyone used sealed bearings in the spindles on their mowers? It sounds like a good idea as they would tend to keep out sand and debris. Please give me your feedback/experiences.

Does anyone know if the new design seat of the gr2110 will fit the gr2100? The gr2110 is suppose to have a suspension seat that is even adjustable. I have the gr2100 and the seat has no suspension and results in a very "jarring" ride when mowing. Another option may be to add additional springs...

I happened to see a post about adjusting the reverse mechanism to allow for more speed when going in reverse. My gr2100 is very slow going in reverse. Can anyone walk me thru this adjustment?

I have recently bought a GR2100 and love it. I did have a question for those that may own this unit. Does your hydrostatic transmission make a noticeable whining sound when moving forward. Dealer said that was normal, but would like to know from other owners if you have a similar sound. Thanks
