Oregon makes blades that are close, but not the same dimensions as the LS blades. It's not as easy as buying replacement blades for a Ferris or Scag mower.

+1 for Rimguard. Makes rear end much more stable and provides extra weight for traction. Doesn't freeze in the winter.

I haven't found any aftermarket options, but looking at aftermarket prices for similar blades, the OEMs were not that much more expensive.

Mine came with an 18" bucket, and I bought a 12" bucket after the fact for trenching. I think it was $200-ish. Definitely need two sizes. Be careful digging in wet clay with the 12" bucket. It clogs up more easily.

Glad you got it back up and running. There were many issues reported here about poor grounding on the XR series. Most of them were resolved by removing all grounds, cleaning, and reconnecting. Sounds like you did just that.

What is the actual problem? Does the tractor start when you turn the key? Does it stall during use?

I'll guess that you either have a bad battery, or a bad starter. Try testing your battery with a load tester. The battery on most ATVs is not only for the starter, but also helps run the ignition. That might help to explain why it seemed to start fine when jumped, but started to lose voltage...

There should be adjustable end links on the tie rods to correct the alignment. That wear pattern looks a little more like the tires are underinflated, as they are worn on the inside as well when compared to the center. Could also be that you take turns too fast. Just speculating, though.

You may have the early stages of the hand throttle failing. Mine had similar symptoms and grew progressively worse. Replaced the hand throttle assembly, and it works as it should.
