    Engine RPM

My Task Master with a TY395 engine has a habit of lossing RPM as you work. This happens whether using the PTO or not. If you are running at 1800 it will slowly drop down to 1600. You then move it back up to 1800 until it slips again. Is this likely just a linkage problem? Thanks.
