Pertaining to your original question, yes, I have vents in my gas cans. The No-Spill cans with the larger vents placed dump 5 gallons in 45 seconds in to the tractor now. The gas cans I have, I use the Ez-Pour nozzles. I bought two, and the cans get solid caps when not in use. See pics.
