ok so I have a craftsman dlt2000 with a 20 horse kohler vtwin ... recently had tune up and fuel lines replaced. when they was testing it out they went to engage mower and pto would not go. they replaced it --I did two swipes and the engine started bogging down and the pto quit they replaced pto...
