I have a John Deere 6405 in which the clutch stopped working. I have system pressure but no clutch pressure. Checked engagement over ride value and clutch pedal valve; both seem fine. Any ideas as to what to try now?

I was bush-hogging and the hydraulic return line that goes to the filter blew off. I repaired it and added oil back to the tractor, now it will not move nor will the pto work. The 3 point, hydrolic remotes and steering all work at this time. Any ideas??
