    Bought an MTL Root grapple

I got the 48" MTL root grapple for my Kubota L2501. I gave it a good workout moving some large rocks over the weekend, and clearing some brush today. Works perfect for me, no issues. This one is about 350lbs, which is a good size for my loader. Half price vs "name brands," love it!

    Grapple  MTL 48" Root Grapple

I have had my Kubota L2501 for a couple years now and have accomplished a huge number of tasks with it. Given some of the landscaping projects remaining around the homestead I decided it was time to get a grapple. I need the grapple for this coming weekend, and only made the decision a week or...

Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Pictures of your snow weapons

Got some snow in NH today. Here is my Kubota L2501 with Land Pride SB1064 snowblower and ratchet rake "snow edge" on the bucket. The snow edge works great on the paved portion of the driveway. Use the snowblower on the long gravel part. Works great!

Looking for tractor to maintain 8.5 acres in NH

So Turfs are better for grass, and I have read they are the best for winter plowing as well. Why are R4's better in the woods, and why does this make them better overall? Airbiscuit thanks for the spreadsheet ideas. What are the 3pt stabilizer bars and extendable 3pt arms? Are these usually...

Looking for tractor to maintain 8.5 acres in NH

So I visited my new home today to see progress on the house and take another look at the "grounds." Still just dirt for now but I'm going to estimate 2.5 acres of flat lawn. The driveway is closer to 700 feet long. Maybe a little more moving of dirt and debris than I originally considered...

I am new here, first post. Building a home in southern New Hampshire, and looking for something to help maintain the property. ~8.5 acres with about 5 being woods. The rest will be mostly lawn. ~600 foot long straight gravel driveway. Whole lot is very flat. Mowing and snow removal are 2...
